Scheduled Reports allows for Saved Reports to be executed at given intervals or at a set time daily, and emailed to

Parameters

Report Required. A drop-down list of all available Saved Reports.

The Saved Report should not require any parameter inputs.

Email To Required. A list of emails to send the scheduled report to. Can be a comma-separated list.

Run Type Required. Daily or Cycle. Affects if Daily Execution Time/Cycle Period is available.

Daily Execution Time/Cycle Period Toggles with Run Type.

• Cycle Period (in seconds) configures how often the report is run and sent.
• Daily Execution Time configures the report to be run and sent at a given time of day.

Attach Results As CSV Boolean. If true, the report results will be attached as a CSV. If false, a basic table of report data will be rendered in the email.

Examples

The following example configures the report named 'Staged Orders' to executed and sent at 6pm daily. The results are not attached as a CSV, and are sent to alexr@olympic.co.nz and kelseym@olympic.co.nz.
